ABC Anchor Clamp with Bracket for Bare Messenger

Description ACB50-65 is composed of a conical wedge clamp with base plate, a long U-bolt with nuts, a short U-bolt with nuts, an insulator, a anchor shackle and a mounting bracket. Features UV resistant insulator provides the enough insulation between the messenger and the pole. Installation of the messenger and the conical wedge clamp is easy by hands without any special tool. Mouth of conical wedge clamp has a funnel entry of the messenger wire and in the mean time it is capable to seal out the connection and the messenger wire against ingress of moisture and pollutants. No loosable parts. It can be allocated with a long U-bolt for fine adjustment of the tensioning or sagging of up to 150 mm. Mounting bracket can be mounted on the pole/wall by stainless steel tape or M16 bolts. It can withstand 19kV A.C. for 1 minute at the humidity of 26%. Ultimate tensile strength is not less than 65 kN for 1 minute.

Description Insulated Jacket (body) is made of weather & UV resistance fiberglass reinforced polyamide. Bolt is tightened until the heads sheared off and shear-off nut is well designed to make the piercing force constant while keep good conductivity with no damage to cables Contact plate is made of high strength copper alloy or high strength aluminum alloy which can be used for the connection of aluminum to aluminum, aluminum to copper or copper to copper. Sealing cover & cable end cap is made of PVC or TPE together with proper grease which can make sure of good performance of water tightness and moisture resistance Fasteners are made of galvanized steel. Grease is made of organic silicone compound.

Description It is composed of keepers, outer and inner wedges, springs, carriage bolts with nuts & spring washers, round head pin and cotter pin. Application The clamps are design to anchor self supporting LV. ABC from 2 to 4 cores. The wedge can be self-adjusting. Pilot wires or street lighting conductors are normally led alongside the clamp. Features Wedges are made of UV and weather resistant fiberglass reinforced polyamide ensuring high stress repartition on cables without damaging their insulation. Self opening is featured by an integrated spring facilities for easily insert the conductors into the clamp. Easy installation.
